Just went for a short exercise .
Now rainning . sweating & sneezing x-x .
Super tired , no energy now . :l
Anyways , intro you guys the slimming recipes :D

Witch SOup ~ ( Seven days slimming )

Soup - Use one chicken/few pieces chicken meat to cook , Take the soup only ,
bt nt the meat (:

Main ingredient - 6-葱 , 2-Greenpepper , 2to3-Tomatoes , (一小把)-Celery , 1-Cabbage ,
2-Onions .

Eat those veges when you drink the soup . Finished , can cook another around again .

Noticed - Don't take those meat , 一锅汤不约可吃两天 .

Steps - Cut veges into pieces , Pour into soup , can add some salt , 胡椒粒 , celery etc .
Use small fire cook till vege软 . Feel hungry then take the soup ,
It wun increases your calories.
It will just increase the speed of burning your fats .

1st day - Just take fruits , except banana , ( Honeydew & Watermelon had low calories ) .
Drink non-sugar drinks , can take the vege soup too .

2nd day - Just can take vege soup , till you full . Eat more greenveges .
Don't eat 豆类或糙米.Dinner can take one potato + margerin .
Don't eat fruits.

3rd day - fruits , veges , soup , 随意吃 . But don't take potato .
If followed the steps in this slimming progress ,
You'll be slimmed down for 2-3kg.

4th day - Take banana only ( maximum 3 ) , & Low fat milk . Beside soup ,
today can drop more water .

5th day - Take牛肉+tomatoes . 0.37-0.7kg of 牛肉 . And 6 tomatoes .
If can , today takes 6-8 cups of water .
Dun forget , today must drink soup once too :D

6th day - Eat牛肉 with veges , Can take 2 or 3 more pieces of 牛肉 .
But no potato ! Best is , take soup once also :D

7th day - 吃糙米 , Non-sugar juice , veges , Eat till you full .
Rmb must drink soup once too . :D

Anyways , if you followed this slimming progress for 7 days completely ,
You can take 2 days of 正常餐 .
Then if wanna repeat this slimming progress again ,
Continue after you taken 2 days of 正常餐 .
(If you don't take 牛肉 can take 猪肉 ) .
